Because every item is custom-printed just for you at the time of your order, we do not maintain warehouse backstock. However, your satisfaction is our priority.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., you ordered a Large but received a Small).

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective (e.g., printing errors, fabric defects, holes).

  • You are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused) unless defective.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.


How to Request a Refund

To start your refund or replacement request:

  2. Include your order number.

  3. Attach a clear photo of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:
